Hummingbird, the long-awaited first restaurant of Posh Nosh caterer Coleen Speaks, is now open in the Dock 1053 warehouse district on Whitaker Mill Road.

The owner of PoshNosh Catering is opening a cafe, bar and adjacent event space in the Dock 1053 warehouse on Whitaker Mill Road, which already is home to a popular brewery, coworking space and modern furniture store.
